Neil Partington, the founder and principal Insurance Agent at The Partington Group, brings over a decade of dedicated experience in guiding clients on their financial paths to success. Supported by a skilled and talented team, Neil offers expert assistance in a wide range of financial matters, including Medicare, Life Insurance, Annuities, Retirement plan design, and more.
Neil guides his clients through the invaluable lesson he’s learned throughout his career: there is more than one way to shear a sheep. In essence, one-size-fits-all methods fall short, and individualized solutions are key, tailored to each unique circumstance. Neil takes pride in forging personal connections with every client. While his experience and expertise enable him to offer top-tier guidance, it’s the investment of time and genuine care that truly sets him apart.
While Neil finds deep fulfillment in assisting individuals on the confusing path to retirement, he’s equally appreciative of how his clients and business afford him the precious gift of spending quality time with his family. Neil and his wife Shannon are parents to nine wonderful children, extending their love and care as a guardian to a valued adult through the PA State Autism Program. As a tight-knit family, they share cherished moments camping, embarking on trail runs, exploring new destinations, and savoring time together in their Mountain Top, PA residence, where they call home.

Together with Neil and their children, including foster kids, she actively engages in community involvement, with a special focus on volunteering to support the homeless and low-income individuals. Her dedication lies in conveying the message that every person is both cherished and significant.
This heartfelt commitment seamlessly integrates into her client interactions. Shannon takes great pleasure in establishing meaningful connections with each client, ensuring they feel heard and at ease during every office visit.
